Oppy
Product design, 2025
We designed Oppy, AI assistants for real estate businesses. The assistants answer leads by text and chat, book appointments and follow up, and a person can step in at any point.

Where they were
Real estate businesses lose leads while they're out with clients. Someone asking about a home wants an answer and a viewing time right away, and if they don't get one, they message another agent.
Oppy was built for this, and it worked. You could build an assistant and have it message your leads. The founders wanted it simpler, so a new customer would see what it could do for them much sooner.
The decision
Meet your assistant before you've finished signing up. The founders pictured each one as a new member of staff, with a name, a role and a badge. We designed the onboarding around that. A new customer enters their website, and Oppy learns the business from it. It builds a first assistant that already sounds like the business, which the customer can try while their account is set up.

What we designed
We started with onboarding on the phone, then designed the web app behind it. There you set up each assistant, follow its conversations and contacts, and send outreach in bulk.
KatherineHi, is the two-bedroom on Elm Street still available?
OppyHi Katherine, it is. There are viewings on Thursday at 5pm and Saturday at 11am. Shall I book one?

How we worked together
We worked with Oppy for three months, February to April 2025. We designed everything from the first onboarding screen to billing, and Oppy's team built it.
